EXHIBIT NO. 1 — THE LETTER

Project Curtain

1923, Weimar Germany. The keys to the Odeon Theatre are yours now — and so is the promissory note. Over a sixteen-week season you pick your cast, build your programme, and decide what goes on stage: the safe classics that barely pay, or that Untitled Play that fills the house — and changes its name on the poster every single week?

Your actors are getting strange in rehearsals. The numbers in your ledger sometimes lie to you. And at the door, someone you never invited is waiting.

Project Curtain is a narrative-driven theatre management game that blends the desk-bound scrutiny of Papers, Please with cosmic horror. Every show night is run live from the prompter's book; every decision is written in ink — and ink sometimes yellows.

EXHIBIT NO. 3 — THE SEASON PLAN
I.

Cast your company

Every actor at your door has a past, a demand, and something slightly off. Some are just hungry. Some are something else.

II.

Build your programme

The classics are as safe as a Tuesday night, and the till stays just as empty. The Untitled Play fills the house — but its name changes on the poster every week.

III.

Run the show

Every show night plays out live over the prompter's book. Lines slip, sets run late, the light man sweats. You make the calls.

IV.

Keep the ledger

Income, expenses, the promissory note. All of it written in ink. Ink sometimes yellows — and the yellowed lines lie to you.
